Refund Policy for Poppy AI
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Poppy AI subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:
  1. The 30-day period begins from the date of your initial Poppy AI subscription purchase.
  1. To be eligible for a refund within the 30-day period, you must attend an onboarding call with our team.
  1. If you do not book and attend an onboarding call within the 30-day period, you forfeit your right to request a refund.
  1. To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team using the methods outlined in the Cancellation Process section below.
After the 30-day period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By making a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this refund policy.
This policy applies to Poppy AI subscription only. There are NO refunds on credit purchases. We have to pay for the AI cost on those so if you buy it those are non-refundable. Coaching / consulting calls also do not have a refund as people will invest their time with you from our team.
In terms of buying credits… there are NO REFUNDS for CREDITS in Poppy. We are literally paying for your AI costs so we can't refund those. So if you upgrade and buy more credits just know those are not refundable.
The Profit with Poppy Course can be refunded if you have completed less than 25% of the course and within less than 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
2.1 Eligibility
All subscribers may cancel at any time at their choosing, no reason or approval required. You may do so by following the process outlined below.
2.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription or request a refund, please use one of the following methods:
  • Click the blue chat button at the bottom right of our website and send our support team a message requesting cancellation or a refund
2.3 Service Continuation
Upon cancellation, the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. The subscriber will continue to have full access to all features during this period.
2.4 No Additional Charges
No further payments will be collected after the cancellation has been processed.
2.5 Data Retention
Generally, data will be kept in case of reactivation. However, the Company reserves the right to delete any data upon cancellation. Please contact support if you wish to have your data removed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our policy provisions.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clever Programmer is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
