Poppy AI Terms and Conditions

  1. Termination- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
  1. Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poppy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
  1. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS - Please refer to our refund policy.
  1. The product is always delivered immediately after purchase. Customers gain access to the platform through the onboarding process, which is completed upon purchase. If users experience any technical issues accessing the platform, they should contact customer support for assistance.
  1. Changes to Terms - We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.
  1. Governing Law - These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of San Francisco, California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.   1. Code of Conduct and Service Termination
At Poppy AI, we maintain a respectful environment for both our customers and our team. By using our service, you agree to:
a) Communicate respectfully with our team members at all times
b) Refrain from using abusive, threatening, or excessively profane language
c) Work collaboratively with our support team to resolve issues
We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend service immediately, at our sole discretion, for any user who violates these conduct standards. In cases of termination:
  • If termination occurs within the 30-day refund period, a full refund will be issued
  • If termination occurs after the 30-day refund period, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated refund or no refund at all, depending on the severity of the violation and length of service used
This termination right exists independently of any other rights or remedies available to us under these Terms or applicable law. Decisions regarding termination for conduct violations are final.
14. Disclaimers - Poppy AI makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the product Poppy AI. We make no representation that the operation of the Poppy AI website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any consequences arising from any interruptions or errors
15. Communications Consent
By signing up for Poppy AI, you agree to the following communication terms:
a) Email Communications: You consent to receive emails related to your account, product updates, promotional offers, and additional services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email or by contacting support@getpoppy.ai.
b) Text Message Communications: You consent to receive text messages related to your account, product updates, promotional offers, and additional services. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and engagement.
c) Opt-Out Rights: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Opting out of one communication channel does not automatically opt you out of other channels.
d) Third-Party Services: We may use third-party service providers to deliver these communications. Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
e) Consent Withdrawal: Withdrawing consent for communications does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
