  1. The product is always delivered immediately after purchase. Customers gain access to the platform through the onboarding process, which is completed upon purchase. If users experience any technical issues accessing the platform, they should contact customer support for assistance.

At Poppy AI, we maintain a respectful environment for both our customers and our team. By using our service, you agree to:
a) Communicate respectfully with our team members at all times
b) Refrain from using abusive, threatening, or excessively profane language
c) Work collaboratively with our support team to resolve issues
We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend service immediately, at our sole discretion, for any user who violates these conduct standards. In cases of termination:
  • If termination occurs within the 30-day refund period, a full refund will be issued
  • If termination occurs after the 30-day refund period, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated refund or no refund at all, depending on the severity of the violation and length of service used
This termination right exists independently of any other rights or remedies available to us under these Terms or applicable law. Decisions regarding termination for conduct violations are final.

We make no representation that the operation of the Poppy AI website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any consequences arising from any interruptions or errors
