Poppy AI Subscription Terms

Billing Cycle and Commitment Length

Customers are charged yearly for annual Poppy AI subscriptions (or monthly, if you are on a monthly plan).

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (after 12 months for annual plans) unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Poppy AI to store your payment method and charge it at each renewal.

We email a reminder before each annual renewal that lists your renewal date, the price you will be charged, and how to cancel. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you do not wish to renew, cancel any time before your renewal date; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Pricing

Your subscription price remains locked in at the rate you originally purchased. Even if pricing changes, your renewal stays at your original price.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time by going to the Billing tab in Poppy, reaching out to our support chat, or emailing support@getpoppy.ai. We can process your cancellation manually, and your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

A 30 day money back guarantee applies to your FIRST subscription payment, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy (including attending an onboarding call). Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits are non-refundable, as we incur AI costs on your behalf. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.

What's Included in Base Subscription Plans

(Lifetime is a base subscription plan.)

2,000 credits per month
5 landing page / presentation credits
All base features: image generation, mind maps, deep think, Notion integration, all forms of content uploading, and all AI models

There is no trial period. Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase.

Changes to Pricing or Terms

Poppy AI may change prices at any time, but you remain locked in at your original purchase price. For full terms, see our Terms and Conditions.
