Poppy AI Subscription Terms

Last updated: October 27, 2026 · By subscribing to Poppy AI you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to purchases made on or after October 27, 2026; earlier purchases are covered by the August 5, 2026 version.

Trials

The $1 trial lasts 7 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, it converts automatically to your paid plan at the price shown at checkout (currently $399/year) and renews every year after that until you cancel. The conversion payment is non-refundable, except where required by law.

Your trial ends exactly 7 days after you start it, and the plan payment is charged right after it ends. If your checkout showed a different trial length, price or billing period (for example a monthly plan), the terms shown at checkout apply. Each customer can use one trial. If you buy a plan without a trial, your subscription begins immediately upon purchase.

Billing Cycle and Commitment Length

Customers are charged yearly for annual Poppy AI subscriptions (or monthly, if you are on a monthly plan).

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (after 12 months for annual plans) unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Poppy AI to store your payment method and charge it at each renewal.

We email a reminder before each annual renewal that lists your renewal date, the price you will be charged, and how to cancel. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you do not wish to renew, cancel any time before your renewal date; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Pricing

Your renewal price is the plan price shown at checkout (for example $399/year), not the $1 trial fee and not any one-time discount on your first payment. That plan price stays locked in: even if our prices change, your renewals stay at the plan price you signed up for.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time by going to the Billing tab in Poppy, reaching out to our support chat, or emailing support@getpoppy.ai. We can process your cancellation manually, and your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you paid through Whop or ThriveCart, you can also cancel from that platform's account page. To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial or billing period ends.

Refund Policy

A 30 day money back guarantee applies to your first plan payment, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy (including attending an onboarding call). It does not cover trial conversions, renewals, or upgrades, including lifetime upgrades and credits. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If we charge you by mistake, we refund it in full; please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.

What's Included in Base Subscription Plans

(Lifetime is a base subscription plan.)

All base features: image generation, mind maps, deep think, Notion integration, all forms of content uploading, and all AI models

Changes to Pricing or Terms

Poppy AI may change prices at any time, but your renewals stay at the plan price you signed up for. The version of these terms in effect on the date of a purchase governs that purchase; for a trial, that is the day you started the trial. For full terms, see our Terms and Conditions.
