Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew after 12 months unless canceled.

Pricing: Your subscription price remains locked in at the rate you originally purchased. Even if pricing changes, your renewal stays at your original price.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time by reaching out to our support chat or emailing support@getpoppy.ai. We'll process your cancellation manually, and your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you attend an onboarding call within that period. After 30 days, all sales are final.
